Product Description
Phenolic resin is a kind of synthetic plastics, colorless or brown transparent solid, is widely used for electrical equipment, also commonly known as bakelite heat-resistant flame resistance water resistance and good insulation, good resistance to acid, alkali resistance is poor, mechanical and electrical performance is good, easy to cut, divided into two categories, thermosetting plastics and thermoplastic synthetic with different components, different function of modified phenolic resin can be obtained, it has characteristics of different, such as alkali resistance wear resistance oil resistance corrosion resistance, etc

Function
>> Soap industry
The rosin is cooked together with soda ash to form a rosin soap. Rosin soap has great detergency, is soluble in water, dissolves oil and is easy to foam. The rosin is sticky and makes the soap less prone to cracking and rancidity.
>> Paper industry
Rosin is used as a papermaking compound in the paper industry. Rosin are made into rosin sodium soap, which is a rubber compound. The rubber compound is mixed with the pulp and added to the alum, so that the rosin becomes water-insoluble free resin acid particles attached to the small fibers, and the pulp is heated on the drying cylinder. When the rosin is softened and filled between the fibers, this effect is called 'sizing' or 'sizing'. After the paper is 'sliced', it can enhance water resistance, prevent ink penetration, improve strength and smoothness, and reduce stretch.
>> Paint industry
Rosin is easily soluble in various organic solvents, and is easy to form a film and has a luster. It is one of the basic raw materials for paints and coatings. The role of rosin in the paint is to make the paint bright and bright, dry quickly, and the paint film is smooth and not easy to fall off.
>> Ink industry
Rosin is mainly used as a color carrier in printing inks and enhances the adhesion of ink to paper. If the rosin is not used in the ink, the printed ink will be dull and unclear.
>> Adhesive industry
A binder based on rosin ester and hydrogenated rosin ester, which is often used as a hot melt adhesive, a pressure sensitive adhesive, and a rubber tackifier.
>> Rubber industry
Rosin is used as a softener in the rubber industry to increase its elasticity. Disproportionated rosin potassium soap can be used as a synthetic rubber.
>>Food industry
The hydrogenated rosin glyceride is heated and melted together with natural gum gum, wax etc., and then added with spices, sugar and pigment to form a chewing gum. When slaughtering pigs, cattle and sheep in a slaughterhouse, the hair remaining in the animal body and head can be depilated with 88-94% molten rosin and 6-12% cottonseed oil after being treated with a depilatory machine. To remove.
>>Electrical industry
The insulating oil is made of 35% rosin and 65% bright oil. It is used as a protective film on the cable to provide insulation and heat resistance. Rosin is mixed with bakelite and other synthetic resins for use as an insulating varnish.
>>Building materials industry
Rosin is mainly used as a concrete foaming agent and floor tile binder in the building materials industry. Rosin is also used as a binder asbestos tiles. Rosin and linseed oil, calcium carbonate, charcoal, pigments and the like may be mixed together to manufacture carpet tiles.
>>Making a finishing solution
Due to the solubility, volatility, and volcanism of rosin, it can be quickly condensed into a 'sturdy and transparent film' principle. The painter protects the picture and prevents the 'sketching' from being smashed. : A rosin powder, nine parts of alcohol, or xylene solvent ratio, first put the rosin into a well-sealed glassware, then pour the alcohol, or xylene, cover the lid, and dissolve it two days later. When using, shake it into the watering can, 20 cm away from the screen, spray evenly onto the screen, spray at any time, volatilize at any time, dry out after a few minutes, and then don't be afraid to be smashed.
Note: There can be no more rosin, and more will 'yellow, darken'!
>>Flux
Since the metal surface is in contact with air, an oxide film is formed. The higher the temperature, the thicker the oxide layer. This oxide film prevents the liquid solder from infiltrating the metal, just as if the glass is oiled, the water will not wet the glass. Flux is a special material for removing oxide film, also known as flux.
Flux has three major effects:
>>Musical instrument
Rosin is applied to the bow of erhu, violin and other instruments to increase the friction of the bow and the strings. The refined transparent color block rosin is the best, and the natural crystalline pine is secreted and solidified on the pine.
