Product Description:

Glacial acetic acid is a colorless liquid with irritating sour taste. Glacial acetic acid is easily soluble in water and many organic solvents. Glacial acetic acid is strongly corrosive. Its aqueous solution is weakly acidic and can react with many active metals, alkaline oxides, alkalis, etc. to form acetate. Some acetate salts, such as manganese acetate and aluminum acetate, can be used as mordant in dyeing industry.
